Human Rights Policy
Human rights protection and respect have become core values in global corporate operations.
The Company supports and complies with internationally recognized human rights standards and principles, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. The Company also strictly complies with applicable labor laws and regulations and is firmly committed to preventing any actions that may infringe upon human rights.
Through the establishment of relevant management systems and procedures—such as work rules, workplace sexual harassment prevention measures, and complaint and disciplinary mechanisms—the Company effectively implements the principles of domestic laws and international human rights declarations. These efforts are intended to safeguard employees’ lawful rights and interests and to respect fundamental labor and human rights principles.
At the same time, we are committed to deeply integrating our human rights policy into our corporate strategy and across the entire value chain, thereby putting our commitment to human rights into practice.

Communication Channels and Responses for Employee Engagement
To safeguard employees’ freedom to express opinions and suggestions, Dong Dian Optoelectronics has established diverse and open communication channels, providing a secure platform for employees to voice their concerns. At the same time, the Company strictly complies with personal data protection regulations and adheres to the principle of non-retaliation, ensuring that employees who raise opinions or concerns are not subject to any form of disadvantage or adverse treatment. The Company is committed to fostering a relationship of mutual trust and transparency between labor and management, continuously strengthening personnel management systems, fully implementing the principles of a friendly workplace and employee care, and maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations.
The Company does not have a collective bargaining agreement; however, labor–management meetings are convened, and the resolutions adopted at such meetings apply to all employees of the Company.
