A zero-accident and safe workplace
East Tender Optoelectronics has always placed great importance on occupational safety, striving to create a safe, stable, and secure working environment. The Company proactively prevents potential risks that may impact employees’ health and safety through comprehensive risk management measures.
We strictly comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Labor Standards Act, and other applicable occupational safety regulations. Through regular risk assessments and on-site inspections, our designated department leads preventive and corrective actions to continuously improve workplace safety. We actively promote a “zero-accident” vision to safeguard employees’ physical and mental well-being and strengthen their trust in the company.

Occupational Safety and Health Policy of the Company
As a professional provider in the optoelectronic technology industry, East Tender Optoelectronics is committed to establishing a healthy and injury-free workplace. Through the following commitments and actions, we aim to reduce risks and impacts on employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, and continue progressing toward becoming a benchmark enterprise in occupational safety and health management.
Although the Company has not yet implemented a formal occupational safety and health management system, we pursue a zero-accident goal. Dedicated safety and health personnel within each department are responsible for promoting relevant measures in accordance with the Company’s Occupational Safety and Health Policy. Suitable performance indicators and management targets are established to ensure the effective implementation of various safety and health initiatives and continuous improvement.
East Tender Optoelectronics develops and implements comprehensive occupational safety and health management plans and workplace safety regulations in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and relevant regulations. These measures encompass the following key management practices:

Implementation Guidelines
To create a friendly, healthy, and safe working environment, we have established various management standards and classification systems in accordance with relevant regulations. Through regular inspections and improvement actions, we reduce potential risks within the plant to ensure the effective implementation of all occupational safety and health programs. Occupational Safety Management Indicators and Performance
The Company adopts the “Frequency-Severity Index (FSI)” as its occupational safety performance indicator. By referring to the Ministry of Labor’s 2024 industry injury index and benchmarking against the “Optical Instruments and Equipment Manufacturing Industry” (Industry Code 277), the Company evaluates the effectiveness of its occupational safety management performance.

Health Management and Promotion
The main contents of the program include physical health examinations and follow-up assessments, special health examinations for designated operation personnel, health education seminars, wellness promotion activities, and psychological counseling services. Occupational safety personnel ensure workplace safety, eliminate potential hazards, and reduce the likelihood of occupational accidents and occupational diseases.
