The production of high quality thin film filters requires the
very careful production of subrstrates which meet very precise geometric tolerances and exhibit a very
high degree of surface polish.
EOC's material processing systems offer the ideal solution for overcoming the problems encountered in
producing the quality substrates required to meet the stringent demands of our customers' applications.
Our sophicated material processing systems perform the initial substrate cutting into components of a suitable
size, the smooth lapping of main and edge faces to generate the initial component geometry, and the final
polishing to meet the performance specifications.
This high quality process will result in defect free face and edge polishing, scratch free surface finish
on all material types as well as exacting and repeatable dimensional results.
